2024 – A Golden Vintage for Old Scotch (Part 2: The Cardinals)

It is with regret that all players, members and supporters are advised that Club great Joe Cahill passed away on 31 December 2015. Joe was one of the founders of our Club and was a wonderful contributor to the life and spirit of our Club. His addresses to last year’s Founder’s Day (pictured below) and Coterie Dinner included great stories of the Club and how it was formed and built. He was generous benefactor of the Club and his family played with and continue to support the Club. The Club extends its condolences to Joe’s family.
Details of the funeral are:
Friday 8 January at 11.00am, St Monica’s Church, 820 Mt Alexander Road, Moonee Ponds
All are invited to attend. Our thoughts are with Joe’s family.
