This week’s SEN VAFA Match of the Day sees St Kevin’s host Collegians at St Kevin’s College.

It’s a huge occasion for SKOB – their one game of the year played at the school and a premiership reunion against the team that beat them in the 2023 decider.

They arrive on a 5-game winning streak, but this wonderful rivalry always throws up fantastic contests and the Lions will roll in feeling confident of spoiling SKOB’s party. The reigning champs have won 6 of their last 8 and can make a huge statement if they can secure the 4 points here.

This weeks KommunityTV live-stream double-header takes us to beautiful Brunswick Street Oval for another 2023 Grand Final rematch – Fitzroy vs St Bernard’s.

The Roys and Snowdogs met in last season’s Premier B decider – St Bernard’s getting the win to complete their perfect season.

This is the sixth meeting between these two teams in the last season-and-a-half and the Snowdogs have won all of the previous 5.

In Round 1 this season, the Roys did everything BUT win – the Snowdogs pinching victory right at the death.

Fitzroy have been competitive every week but have found victories difficult to come by. They will be breathing fire for this one and will have had this date circled on their calendar for the past 3 months. They NEED this win in more ways than one.

But the Snowdogs are coming off their best win of the season – an impressive 7-goal victory over Uni Blues – and will be brimming with confidence. Another success would kick them clear of the relegation zone and even nudge them into the finals frame.
