The VAFA congratulates Sunday Hollingsworth from Beaumaris FC who has been nominated as the Round 5 Anytime Fitness Rising Star. Sunday comes from an elite sporting family where excellence runs in her veins, as has shown being listed in the best players for her side for a consecutive 3 weeks in a row in just her first ever season of football.

Her trampolining background certainly helps with her balance and aerial work on the footy field.
Coach Darryl Behrendorff said, “Sunday should be immensely proud of her nomination for the VAFA Anytime Fitness Rising Star. It’s a testament to her exceptional character, talent, dedication, and positive impact she brings to the playing group. Her hard work and commitment to the game shine through in this recognition, and it’s well-deserved acknowledgement for her efforts. Congratulations to Sunday on this outstanding achievement!”
