The VAFA is excited to announce the appointment of Pranav Menon to the role of Club Support Coordinator.
Pranav comes to the VAFA with relevant and recent experience in Club Development, Football Operations and Relationship Management, having spent time at AFL North East Border and Sport North East. Pranav comes to the VAFA with glowing recommendations and has demonstrated an enthusiasm to impact the VAFA and its clubs.
Through the recruitment process, Pranav was able to demonstrate a variety of skills and attributes that will help him to be successful in the Club Support Coordinator role that ultimately supports VAFA clubs. Pranav’s role will focus on key operational tasks including the delivery of the Tackle Your Feelings program, the delivery of the VAFA recognition program, Coach Development opportunities, Support for volunteers and general club support.
General Manager Community & Club Support, Sean Walker said, “The appointment of Pranav is very exciting for the Association, his appointment reflects the VAFA’s desire to provide additional support to all of its member clubs while supporting the delivery of key projects linked to the VAFA’s Strategic Plan. Pranav’s experience in Community Football, Club Development activities and desire to support Clubs will make him an excellent addition to VAFA HQ.”
Pranav commenced his employment on January 29th and will be attending the VAFA Club Conference on Saturday 3rd February at the Holmesglen Conference Centre, Chadstone.
