The VAFA congratulates Jack Caspersz from Mazenod who has been nominated as the weekends Rising Star. Jack has put together a stellar debut senior season with the Nodders that culminated in a bag of five goals on the weekend.
What the club said:
Jack started playing for the Mazenod Football Club in 2021. In 2021 he played in the 19s and Kicked 30 Goals in 9 games in a Covid 19 interrupted Year.
Jack played in the Reserves in Round 1 2022 and Kicked 8 Goals. He made his Senior Debut in Round 2 and Kicked 4 Goals . So far in 2022 Jack has Kicked 42 Goals and is in 3rd place in the goalkicking.
Jack has predominantly played at CHF and has had a stint at CHB and in the Ruck.
