The VAFA congratulates Lara Hausegger on being nominated the Anytime Fitness Women’s Rising Star this week. Lara produced a best on ground performance, along with a goal in Yarra Old Grammarians 18-point win over Collegians last weekend.

Lara is a natural footballer, coming through the Yarra Bushranger junior feeder program. At only 16 years old, Lara has already achieved much in her short football journey, winning multiple club and league Best and Fairest awards and playing representative football for the Oakleigh Chargers and Vic Metro programs.
