Division 4 Best & Fairest winner and Glen Eira/Old McKinnon star Madison Lister leads an all star cast in the Division 4 Women’s Team of the Year as she has been named in the centre and as captain.
Falcon Johannah Griffin, who lost to Lister by just the one vote (26-25) has been named vice-captain, while premiership coach Tim Rossiter will take the reins.
Richmond Central and Parkdale Vultures have four players each, while each team has at least one.
Coaches were given the opportunity to nominate their own players for consideration while also choosing players from opposition teams. This, in conjunction with VAFA Media nominations, formed a more rounded selection committee.
