After going through the home and away season with just one loss to their name, Manningham Cobras boast the highest number of Team of the Year representatives with six.

Canterbury star Rohan Walmsley has been named skipper alongside Emmaus St Leo’s champion Paul Baranello as vice-captain.
The selection process for all sections changed this year with coaches given the opportunity to nominate their own players for consideration while also choosing players from opposition teams. This, in conjunction with VAFA Media nominations, formed a more rounded selection committee.
