Scott Gheller and Nathan Raiti excelled for the Hawks, with Raiti kicking two goals alongside Coady Travaglia. Charles Hunter and Chris Hudson were standouts for the Warriors as Ali Eqbal, Dale Collins and Ben Johnson each kicked two.
The Hawks will now face off with Glen Eira for the Division 3 flag for the second time in three years.
