A true testament to the passion and love for the game is our very own VAFA Life Member and Retrospective scribe, Geoff Reilley, who has been recognised for his service to the sports he loves with a Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM) in the Queen’s Birthday Honours.
Geoff is still heavily involved at club level and is the match-day official at the Caulfield Grammarians Football Club.
Among his many achievements, Geoff is a life member of Ormond Amateur Football Club and Caulfield Grammarians Football Club, Cricket Australia 50 years’ service to cricket award recipient (2011), Australian Sports Medal recipient (2000), AFL Recognition Award for services to amateur football recipient (2010) and, of course, VAFA Life Member (2015).
