Gary Puruntatameri continued his vintage form with six majors for the Saints, while Nick Baum ran riot in a best-on-ground performance.
Whitefriars produced a stunning upset against Kew, defeating the second-placed side by 28 points and handing them just their fourth loss of the season. Leading by just seven points at the final break, the Friars piled on five goals to two in the last quarter to cause the Division 1 upset. Alexander Marcello starred with three majors for the Friars, while Tim Allman snagged four for the Bears.
