Radio coverage of the VAFA continues tomorrow morning on 96.5 Inner FM from 9-11am. The team’s special guest this week will be Dr. Geoff Allen who is the current Geelong club doctor, but in the 1980’s he was forced to sit out not one, but two years by the then VAFA Executive in order to regain his Amateur Status so that he could play with University Blues.
Match of the day coverage will be of the crunch Premier Round 14 game between Old Xaverians and University Blacks from Toorak Park – coverage starts at 1.45pm on 96.5FM.
VAFA Sunday with Tommy, Macca and Chook on 88.3 Southern FM will give a complete wrap of all the results from the previous day.
Then listen in to the North-West Amateur Footy Report with Glenn ‘Scatters’ Scarborough from 6pm on 98.9 North West FM. Scatters special guest this week in the studio from 6pm will be St Bernard’s senior coach Anthony Rock.
