
Big V coaches confirmed for Bendigo clashes

The VAFA’s four representatives in the AFL Victoria Metro team all played key roles in the Metro’s 38 point victory over AFL Victoria Country in their match at Werribee’s Avalon Airport Oval on Saturday.
Old Melburnians skipper Tom Paule won the best on ground medal for his work through the midfield, Paule won clearance after clearance foe the Metro team.
Paule had contenders for the medal from his own VAFA colleagues as all of Will Tardiff (Collegians), Joel Rice (Old Carey) and Jack Bull (Old Scotch) were also prominent in the win.
The Metro team was made up of players from the six Melbourne Metropolitan competitions in Melbourne and it was their second quarter of 5.5 to 1 goal that made the difference in the end.
