Big V Premier B-Division 3 beats brave Bendigo
The VAFA’s Big V Premier B-Division 3 team found itself under intense pressure as it fought to hang on – and ultimately see off – a spirited Bendigo FNL line-up
This week VAFA TV returned to clubland to check in with another VAFA club to see what it is like on a Thursday night ahead of the game on the weekend.
The luck club this week was Ivanhoe Amateur Football Club and what a brilliant culture and entertaining club it is.
Their entrant in VAFA TV’s Search for a Star is brilliant with cards and whilst we could only show you one trick, stay tuned as we will release more of them next week.
Ivanhoe also have their own weekly chat/panel show hosted by a group of U19 players called Inside 50 with Dimma and it is a brilliant parody of the footy panel shows we are acquainted with.
‘Meal or no meal’ and the regulation fines are also a massive part of what makes this clubs a great place to be on Thursday night.
Plus there are all the usual segments like ‘This week in the VAFA’ and Mark and Goal of the Year.
