Division 4 Live Blog for the O.J. MEEHAN MEDAL:
Round 18: Congratulations to 19 year old Jordan Lampi on winning the Medal on 23 votes. Lampi crowns his win with a BOG performance in the last round to win by five votes.  Whilst players from Eley Park Sharks secure all three vote getters there are no votes for A. Renshaw! He is stuck on 18. David Bennett joins him on 18 to be eq 2nd on the night. Dan Penny picks up one to move to 15 votes. 
So Lampi polled in 9 games, Bennett and Renshaw in 8 games and Saunders and Penny in 6 games. Did Renshaw, Bennett and Saunders take votes off each other?

Box Hill ran Eley Park Sharks to four points in round 17 and as a result Cam Liston and Ben Pearce get the 3 votes and 2 votes. Mitch Saunders who was so hot early, second at halfway on 11 votes finally secures another vote for the Sharks. But hang on Jordan Lampi takes a 2 vote lead collecting the maximum 3 votes against North Brunswick. Lampi leads on 20 votes, Renshaw is on 18 votes and is the only player who can beat him.

Round 15 – Another player making his way slowly up the leader board is David Bennett of Eley Park Sharks and secures 3 votes to move to 13 votes and 4th place over all. Renshaw only gets the one from the Sharks’ clash with Chadstone. Are they stealing votes of each other? Look out though we have a new leader. Jordan Lampi gets the 3 votes from Point Cook’s win over West Brunswick. Bill Irving’s 2 votes from the same game for the Magpies moves him up to 12 votes and equal 5th.

Lampi snared the 2 votes in the same game that Renshaw took 3 and Daniel Penny also picked up the 3 in Box Hill North’s clash with Mt Lilydale.
