CAMP ISLAND PRE SEASON TRAINING
Designed to cater for all teams and fitness levels, Camp Island offers all participants a fully structured program that is based around individual challenges and team challenges. Participants will be taken through intensive boot camp style training, which will test individuals physically, mentally and psychologically.
Camp Island is run by experienced and highly qualified trainers who will strive to get the most out of every individual in a safe and motivating environment.
