Sports Administration Assistant
· Full-time position at Victorian Amateur Football Association
· Directly liaise with the VAFA’s 72 member clubs
· Enthusiastic, Bright & Energetic Team Player
This is a great opportunity for an Sports Administration Assistant to join the VAFA, Australia’s Premier football competition.
As the VAFA’s Sports Administration Assistant your role will include
· Assisting with VAFA publications incl. Annual Report and weekly record.
· Assisting with all VAFA functions and events.
· Updating the VAFA website.
· Maintaining and updating databases.
· Managing incoming calls in a cheerful and professional manner and welcoming clients.
The following skills would be required –
• Receptionist / administration experience
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Exceptional computer skills
• A strong team player able to work in an energetic and progressive environment
Reporting to the General Manager – Administration, this is a wonderful opportunity ideally suited to a Sports Administration graduate who is well organised, reliable and enthusiastic looking for a career in administration, working with a group of passionate and professional people.

Round 11 saw wild and woolly conditions across the competition, with teams putting everything on the line before the representative football bye weekend. It was a low scoring affair at
